Hartle were asked to provide all mechanical services to the 48-apartment accommodation to include boosted hot and cold-water services served via gas fired water heaters, which allows for an improved water flow throughout all apartments; ventilation; and above ground drainage.

Full above ground drainage solutions can be installed to incorporate as many waste points as required. Whether you need your drainage system in plastic ABS pipework or cast iron with victaulic joints, we have a solution for you. We can feature gravity falls or pumped solutions if needed.
This service offers storage and distribution systems to provide hot and cold-water services as required. Extending to all points of use served by a main packaged or bespoke custom-built plant rooms, we incorporate renewable technologies such as CHP units, air source heat pumps or plate heat exchanges served by district heating systems.
Accommodating for a full extract only or supply & extract ventilation systems, we can serve all areas with the required ventilation, to provide fresh air to all spaces to create the correct internal conditions. These systems can incorporate heating, cooling or simply extract only and can be served with a number of energy sources from air source heat pumps to HTHW or LPHW. We use renewable energy source options to create a bespoke system to suit the needs of the client.
