Hartle supplied their services to SDC Construction Ltd. who are specialists in surveying, designing and construction, designing and building the new 750 seat theatre with a terrace of six restaurants.
Grove Theatre is situated on the edge of a picturesque Grove Park and provide a range of performances, film screenings, workshops, tours, events, functions and wedding parties.
Hartle designed and installed full building mechanical services. This included low temperature hot water heating and chilled water systems to service package air handling equipment, supply and extraction ventilation systems via air handling plant, air conditioning to back and front of house area’s and public health services for the new arts theatre. The project was completed on time and within the client's budget.
