We supply full controls and BMS systems, from full BMS control panels and head end software, to simple alarm panels to show system faults. Hartle partner with control specialists to give the client tailored systems to suit their needs, utilising BMS systems such as Trend, we take philosophy and make it a reality. These controls monitor energy, and hot and cold water.

We can provide compressed air installation solutions ranging from the installation of additional compressed air points and pipework modifications of existing systems, to the full design, installation and commissioning of new systems. Delivering solutions for all of our clients’ needs, we can incorporate compressors and dryers as well as complete new ring main installations. These can be installed in different material solutions including lightweight aluminium systems such as Transair, traditional welded or Victaulic galvanised mains systems.

Offering a number of cooling water solutions including additional connections and diversions of existing systems, and the design, build and commissioning of new full installation systems. Whether you need chillers, cooling towers or a circulation system, we can provide the appropriate solution.

Hartle provide services that ensure optimum health and wellbeing of the pubic, designing and installing services that meet the latest building regulations. This includes quality of air within a building, sanitary services including toilets and plumbing, and above ground drainage.

Accommodating for a full extract only or supply & extract ventilation systems, we can serve all areas with the required ventilation, to provide fresh air to all spaces to create the correct internal conditions. These systems can incorporate heating, cooling or simply extract only and can be served with a number of energy sources from air source heat pumps to HTHW or LPHW. We use renewable energy source options to create a bespoke system to suit the needs of the client.
