Hartle designed and installed a low pressure hot water heating system and underfloor heating that serves the betting halls. A comfort cooling water system was installed in the restaurant, executive boxes and betting halls to keep the temperature at a comfortable level in such areas that see a high volume of traffic.
Hartle also provided supply and extraction systems to all areas to remove dust and fumes and to allow for a supply of fresh air at the correct level for internal conditions. Public health and plumbing works, including toilets and washbasins, were fitted in the kitchens, restaurant and toilet blocks.
